Coroplast Box Stacking
Actual stacking loads on corrugated fiberboard cases are normally recommended to be the compression strength divided by a factor of 1.5 to 4.5, depending on the intended storage conditions. Tests on coroplast box would indicate that a factor of 1.5 – 3.5 will probably be adequate over normal temperature ranges.
Extreme high temperatures will certainly have a negative effect on the stacking strength of Xinsu Coroplast boxes while very cool temperatures will increase the strength. Humidity will not cause any change in plastic coroplast box performance.
With corrugated fiberboard, the drop off in strength as humidity increases is dramatic.
A major performance test series has not yet been performed on Xinsu Coropalst boxes. Some independent preliminary test results are offered as a point of reference.

Rough Handling
The rough handling characteristic of Xinsu box compares well against fiberboard. Tests have shown that Plastic Coroplast box has significantly higher burst, puncture and edge and flat crush properties than B flute fiberboard.
Bursting Strength
Xinsu plastic coroplast box will not burst on the Mullen tester.
Puncture
Xinsu Coropalst Box puncture (Beach Impact) 3 – 4 times higher than corrugated fiberboard of similar stacking ability.
Cushioning
Cushioning test show that prior to complete crushing of the xinsu corrugated flutes; the peak deceleration are in the range of 150 – 400 grams. The acceleration time pulses show that even when fully crushed on the preceding crop, the Xinsu Coropalst sheet fluting still resists subsequent compression and provides cushioning Coroplast box is easily compressed under both static and dynamic conditions than fiberboard. A higher stress is needed to crush the flutes and a higher energy is absorbed. The would indicate that Xinsu plastic box will cushion slightly heavier weights from higher drops.
Overall, the end result is Xinsu Plastic Coroplast packaging protects your products better than corrugated paper.

How is the Production Process Overview
1. Material Preparation
Raw Material: The primary material used is polypropylene, which is lightweight, non-toxic, and recyclable. This material is often produced in large rolls suitable for processing into sheets
2. Container board Combining Process
Flute Formation: The process begins with feeding the PP sheets into a machine called a corrugated. Here, the sheets are heated and passed through grooved rolls to create fluted shapes, providing strength and cushioning to the final product
Layer Bonding: The fluted sheets are then bonded to flat layers of liner board using starch adhesive. This creates a robust corrugated structure that enhances durability
3. Box Manufacturing Process
Cutting and Scoring: Once the corrugated board is formed, it is cut into blanks (flat sheets) using a slitter-scorer. These blanks are then scored along predetermined lines to facilitate folding into box shapes
Folding and Assembly: The scored blanks are transferred to a folding machine, which shapes them into boxes. Adhesive is applied to the edges that will be joined, completing the assembly of the box
4. Customization and Finishing
Additional Features: Depending on customer requirements, boxes can be customized with features such as anti-static properties or UV resistance. They can also be printed with branding or product information using flexographic printing techniques
